2. What this website does — and does not — collect

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content (no external fonts, scripts, or media), and contains no forms. The only processing that occurs is described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany) under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit the site, the web server automatically records technical access data: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser/operating-system identification, and transferred data volume.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website. Log files are retained by the hosting provider for a short period and then deleted; they are not merged with other data sources or used to identify individual visitors.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process the personal data you provide (address, name, message content) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a (pre-)contractual matter, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the matter and any statutory retention periods.

5. Recipients and transfers

Personal data is disclosed only to our hosting provider (as processor) and our email provider. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, and no data is sold or shared for advertising.

• Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
