The public benchmark replays an identical scene on every run. Improvements land as before/after rows, not adjectives.
04Benchmark — published failure numbers
Identity switches per minute against perfect ground truth, fixed seed 1337. Both tracker generations still commit thousands of identity errors under stress — those rows stay public on purpose. Recently we handed the open tracker-v3 packet to 16 hosted models: 18 attempts, none met the targets — one tried to cheat the metric and was caught. All of it is published.
